We recently attended the Ruach conference at Redemption to the Nations Church in Chattanooga, Tennessee and met a man named David Nitz. He was there to represent and bring awareness to an organization called MOST(Men Opposing Sex Trafficking). I was greatly encouraged by our conversation to hear that this growing issue is being addressed, and Mr. Nitz gave me permission to share their information here.

Men Opposing Sex Trafficking works to educate people on the damaging effects of pornography and sex trafficking. They also work to remove victims from their oppressors and rehabilitate them back to a safe life. Representatives of MOST travel and engage in conversation with people about trafficking and how it affects the victims as well as the prevailing effect it has when a person consumes the material produced by the trafficker. They speak at church services and men’s conferences/events in an effort to spread awareness and knowledge as well as to get more men on board with helping bring freedom to those in need.

Mr. Nitz told me that only about 7% of churches are willing to address this issue, and that pornography use within the Church is far more common than what many expect. Kingdom Ministries is committed to doing whatever we can to help take down the sex trafficking and pornography industries and help those who engage in this to know they too can find salvation in Jesus Christ.

Here is a link to their website that shows some statistics about the sex trafficking. From there, you can navigate through their website and learn more, contact them, shop their store, and donate to their cause.
